When I first learned of the tragic terrorist attack in Oslo, Republicans and the corporate media were quick to blame Al Qaeda. I heard such speculation on MSNBC. It turns out, however, that this is a case of Right Wing terrorism. Now the right doesn’t want to talk about it anymore. Is it fair for me to associate Breivik’s violence with the Tea Party, as I did in the title? I think it is, because a direct connection exists.

Thank you. It's obvious. But instead of condemning the act, the right would rather attempt to justify it by pointing fingers at Al-Qaeda. It's Twilight Zone mentality.

Why would anyone want to tie this crazy person's actions to a political party in the United States? Whatever your name is that started this thread, is there a valid reason why you tried to make a correlation? It makes no sense to me.

He makes a good point. Your exerting a lot of effort to paint the average working Americans who play by the rules with the same brush as a terrorist group. I'd say that is a very desperate agenda. Hate and fear seem to be the motivation.

I do not know what his motivation is, but he won't explain himself. Perhaps that is due to fear and hate. Too many people, too quickly resort to hate when discussing politics anymore. In my youth, it was not so.

It has not been established that Breivik is insane....it has been established that he subscribes to a few right wing extremist groups/websites.
