I'm not a lawyer, but it appears we're talking about Trump's US financial records being available to Congress and/or the public and the IRS or the FBI having access to all his US records.
Meaning 'Trump's a Crook'. Yeah, probably a 'white-collar criminal', but if he's 'owned' by Russia, that's where the Problem lies.

If that was true then why hasn't the IRS made him look like Al Capone? No. In this case Occam's Razor says that if he isn't being charged with a crime then there's no evidence of a crime....at least not in the US.
Occam's Razor states the easiest explanation is probably the correct explanation.
Obama was hounded about his Birth Certificate, to appease people, Obama produced his Birth Certificate.
Trump was asked about his Tax Records. He said he would produce them if he won the Election. Trump won the Election, and now 4 years later, Trump is fighting tooth and nail to keep his Tax Records shielded from Review.
Not being a Lawyer myself, I think the general view is that Trump would sell Condos (to Russian Oligarchs) for a Million dollars (that should cost a 100,000), then, a year later, through some third-party (Strawman), he would buy them back for Half a Million. Basically 'laundering' the Money.

You do understand you keep bouncing between the IRS and international banking laws, don't you? If I point out the limits of the IRS, you spring toward offshore banks, if I point out the limits on offshore banks, you go back to the IRS. What are you trying to say here? That if the Democrats win in court to see Trump's financial records all of this will magically be revealed? Sorry, for aforementioned reasons, it won't. It's just Democrats digging up dirt like Trump and Republicans asking to see Obama's "real" birth certificate. It's bullshit.
