When will white people stop this?

It has never been right, no matter who is doing it, and when they did it. No person should ever be property.

No woman should have to wear a blanket as clothing, no one should be whipped or beheaded for being an Infidel, no homosexual should be persecuted for his sexual orientation, and you're no right, no one should be someone else's property.
God, it's SO amazing we agree on these controversial subjects.

Why is it amazing? The problem with the “no woman should wear a blanket” is that some women want to do it. We on the outside, we as non Muslims and Westerners look at this as a punishment, but these women often don’t feel that way.
I have spoken to women and it is their choice.

Of course it is. The Saudi Government has nothing to do with it. It would be preposterous to even think that. I mean, women could walk down the main street in Riyadh in mini skirts and short shorts if they wanted to, and the Religious Police would say " Hey cool, no biggie".

How many Muslim woman have you spoken to about the custom? There are some who would only wear the hajib, but there are a majority who do it willingly as a testiment to their faith.

Oh, i certainly agree with you, Phantasmal. I mean, you're out in the middle of the desert, the temperature is 120 degrees, the first thing you think about is "I need a big black blanket to cover myself in". I believe we're on the same page here. The Salafi dudes, the Koran as the Constitution, the Religious Police, ... the Government of Saudi Arabia is known as one of, if not THE MOST, secular, free, and democratic governments in the world. Women there ENJOY being controlled. It's their choice, they can do as they please.
Phantasmal, do you own a cow blanket, ... and do you like to wear it around in the summer time?

You obviously haven’t ever spoken to a Muslim woman who loves and respects her faith. It doesn’t matter what you believe or how you feel, it is how they feel.

Check these bitches out:

"(Beirut) – Saudi authorities have accused seven recently detained women’s rights activists and others associated with the women’s rights movement of serious crimes, Human Rights Watch said today. A statement issued by the Presidency of the State Security cited possible charges for “suspicious contact with foreign parties” and undermining the “security and stability” of the state that appear to be directly based on their activism."

"The Presidency of the State Security was created by King Salman shortly after he named his son, Mohammad bin Salman, crown prince in June 2017, and reports directly to the king’s office. Within days of the activists’ arrests, pro-government newspapers and social media accounts launched an alarming and apparently coordinated campaign against them, branding them “traitors.” Saudi activists say at least four other women’s rights defenders have also been arrested since May 15, 2018, bringing the total suspected number of detainees to at least 11."

"Saudi activists told Human Rights Watch that the seriousness of the allegations and the viciousness of the deeply personalized media campaign are unprecedented and shocking. Saudi Arabia’s Okaz newspaper reported that those arrested could face up to 20 years in prison. Al-Jazirah, a local daily newspaper, published a photo of al-Hathloul and al-Yousef on its front page under a headline describing them as citizens who betrayed the state. A pro-government Twitter account posted images of those arrested with the word “traitor” splattered in red across their faces. Saudi Arabia does not permit any independent media to operate in the country."

I think we can both agree, these bitches be Traitors ... and 20 years is way too light a sentence.

Why do you refer to them as bitches? Yes, there are women rebelling against wearing burkas, especially younger women, but there are many women who do it by choice.

I do not agree with the Saudi Government, but I respect the women who practice their faith by choice.

I know. They are all happy and free. If two lesbians want to get married, who would say "No"? Like, say some Mormon missionaries wanted to open up a Church in downtown Mecca, perfectly legal.

"I do not agree with the Saudi Government, but I respect the women who practice their faith by choice."

My position: They don't have a fucking choice.

And yet, you find women who wear burkas in Western countries. Who is forcing them?

Women are very talented, :)

You know, ... I wonder if 'men' would be as talented. Like, bear with me here, like what if Mohammad had been a woman? And she came up with the same religion, BUT, Allah was FEMALE! And, like, the MEN had to wear Burqas. And the women were the Mullahs .. and the Religious Police. And ... when men would show too much skin, the women Religious Police would hit them with sticks and stuff. I don't know, Phantasmal? i'm not sure the men would embrace 'Islam' as much if that were the case. They might not be as observant as the women you claim 'LOVE' walking around in cow blankets on hot days in the desert. In fact, now that you made me think of this, I bet men would grab a tire iron and beat the shit out of the women Religious Police and say "Fuck you, I'm not wearing this fucking black cow blanket around on a hot fucking desert day!" "YOU wear the fucking Burqa!" Yeah. I'm not sure how 'observant' men would be about wearing a fucking Burqa, especially now in the 21st century.

It might be the Testosterone vs. Estrogen levels? You know, the people with the penises have MORE testosterone than the people with the vaginas, I know it's 'politically correct' to believe men and women are exactly the same, and I don't want you to get in trouble here, but just felt I should point that out.

I have never been one to claim that men and woman are the same. I would never do so, I am very aware of biological differences.

Men are just as willing to be submissive when there is a bigger man or a group of men enforcing laws. Might makes right, correct? Women are finding the law to be great equalizers in Western societies and also tools, such as guns, have proven to be great equalizers as well.
