Yes, he needs to have “personal time away” indefinitely. His attacking her in public indicates to me it’s not the first time he’s done this.
 
Imagine what he does to her when NO ONE can see it

That's what it looked like. If he would have grabber HER phone, and then SHE grabbed her phone back from him, would that be 'Husband Beating'?
 
Looks like a guy who grabbed a phone out of someone's hand and they tumbled to the ground. Were there any injuries?

Exactly. I don't condone whatever went down and he's stepping aside as Giants CEO as the incident is being investigated but going to jail?? That's some scary next level feminism.
