Obama is in a hurry to sanction Russia while he's still able to. In spite of the fact the evidence is flimsy. But there's a risk [a good one, if the OP link is right] that the hearings won't come to the 'right' conclusion and/or drag on into Trump's term.
The latter is nearly a certainty.
This is the second really irresponsible thing democrats have done in trying to subvert Trump. The first was trying to overturn the election. It's the third thing if you count the UN sanction against Israel.

I'm no tech guru, but I do know it would be really easy to false flag another party. Congress should be wary of that in their hearings. There's something behind this sudden obsession with Putin and Russia.

The 'NSA' has the means, the method, and the desire to ham string Clinton over her pompous use of classified communications that has resulted in the deaths of several deep cover operatives in the middle east. What's to stop some inside person from the NSA contacting Wikileaks and passing on the e-mails from the DNC? What? The NSA does not have the technology to recover these personal communications? Really? And what were they actually revealing? Nothing but the truth....as no one can deny the fact of these e-mails originating from any other place except within the DNC and Clinton's campaign.
The Russian deflection was just that....a deflection. Who better to blame ?That the very reason no one will ever seen any actual, objective evidence tying Russia directly to the careless, poorly secured DNC cyber system....none exists.
