"White House says Turkey's Erdogan to visit Nov. 13"

And Trump abandons allies on the bull shit premise of removing troops for their sake but sends troops to the Saudis who butchered a journalist alive and produced the 9/11 hijackers.

Yep. I've seen the stupid excuses the Trumpanzees are offering now... "Oh, it's just a little way into Syria so they won't kill *that* many of our former allies."

Any word on if the White House will let the Turkish Body Guards beat up American demonstrators again?

"WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan will visit the United States on Nov. 13 at the invitation of U.S. President Donald Trump, a White House spokesman said on Tuesday."

"Trump said Erdogan was visiting as his “guest”

https://uk.reuters.com/article/uk-s...turkeys-erdogan-to-visit-nov-13-idUKKBN1WN1RW

Trump's White House is really becoming the theater of the absurd

Let me see if I got this straight, without consulting the Pentagon, Monday Trump notifies the Kurds by tweet that he is abandoning them, US's ally in fighting ISIS, warning Turkey with his "great and unmatched wisdom" that he would be the judge of too much with threats of "total destruction" and " obliteration."

Tuesday Turkey disses Trump's threats and starts bombing Kurdish positions to include villages in anticipation of an armed invasion. Consequently Kurdish soldiers start abondoning ISIS prisons to defend against Turkish advances, evolving the situation from betrayal to threatening

And Trump invites the guy to be his "guest" in the White House?

I know! :awesome: Let's just kill'm all! Yeah...that's it!!!!!

That's just how it's shaking out, Jezebel. Oh look, and they're killing your fellow Christians too:

"Two Syrian Christians were killed in Turkish strikes overnight, according to the Syriac Military Council militia. Ahmad also reported that a Christian mother and her child were killed in his neighborhood in Qamishli."

https://www.nbcnews.com/news/world/...ts-hit-troops-continue-advance-syria-n1064501

But that's okay, they'll all go to Heaven and never mind their grieving loved ones, right?

Go kill something, OK? Get it out of your system. Let that hate flow over some happy contented people. Pump up some misery and bitterness and let it roll. Do your thing, LOL

Our war mongering? Trump is the one who’s opened the Kurds, our allies, to slaughter. Turkey would not be bombing if not for Trump.

Yep. And there wasn't "war" going on until the Idiot-in-Chief swapped favors with Erdogan. Wait till those ISIS ppl get out. Then we'll be back to trying to mop them up, losing our own guys' lives.... and next time the Kurds will be scarce. Either dead or not about to lend a hand.

I'm sorry, Herodias, but I have zero desire to be anything like you. By all means ask Jesus to save the Kurds -- or at least the Xtian ones -- tonight when you b̶e̶g̶ ̶f̶o̶r̶ ̶f̶a̶v̶o̶r̶s̶ say your prayers. Maybe that will make you less hateful and more compassionate. I doubt it though.

Well, I was referring to wars that involved our soldiers and our tax dollars.

The Kurds and Turks were going at it during the Civil War. Our Civil War. I advocate staying out of their tribal war or whatever the heck it is. People from our Civil War era would think we’d lost our minds in getting mixed up in it in the first place.

Sadly, they’d have an argument.

Most of what remains of ISIS has been shackled in Kurdish prisons for many months.

What do you suppose will happen to them when they are turned loose—and unarmed? Assuming they aren’t just shot on the spot.

No clue other than what most prisoners who escape do.... either run for the hills, or turn on their captors and get revenge. Probably both.

Since they don't have their own homeland, what exactly is a "Kurdish prison"? And who's guarding them? Think those men will stay there and look after the ISIS ppl when their own families are being threatened with bombs and Turkish soldiers?

incorrect. Erdogan needed to bomb for domestic pressure, and perceived threat of "terrorism"

knowing Erdogan (extreme strong will to delusional) I'm sure he presented to Trump as a fact " Look im going in"
and then Trump negotiated the best terms he could get off that certainty

No one in the Middle East is going to turn down military help from the US.

You keep falling back on the boilerplate ‘ally’ thing. If and when it happens the Kurds find us useful, they will welcome us as ‘allies’.

Take it to the bank.
Bingo. on both points..exactly

"negotiated" by giving away the Kurds, hell of a negotiator, and the funniest part is that Trumpkins up above actually think any entity in the ME is going to run in and help the US if we have to return, good luck with that one

Bottom line,Trump sold out an American ally to appease an autocrat, and then pours salt into the wound by inviting that autocrat the very next day as he is bombing the ally you abondoned as his "guest" to the White House.

you miss the point. Erdogan was going in. period.
He has been waiting to go in since the demise of ISIS and 'clear out' operation the Kurds.

He presented this a a done deal on the phone to Trump, and Trump got what he could out of it as Trump had the weak hand of troops in harms way. Erdogan i'm sure made it clear he was going in no mater what -since the "safe zone" negotiations were going nowhere.

They'll take us back anytime they need us. But we don't need them anymore -we are out of there. Mission Accomplished
