Even on the sliding scale you slipped off of from what you originally claimed the judge did, you are still wrong. You are lying.
The Judge simply did not find that the value of Mar-A-Lago wsa 18 Million you lying cockroach.
Yes, even then. He has not been found guilty yet.
Now, if your name is Biden, you are guilty even before they uncover any evidence.
Evidence is all over the place from Bobilinski to the two whistleblowers for starters.
Here is the deal, WAS THERE ANYTHING ILLEGAL ABOUT THE TRANSACTION?
I do not see what the Big Deal about this is!
Please explain TRUMPTARDS!

Very likely the answer to that is "Yes."
Really? Explain what was illegal about it.
I don't know every detail, but loans--particularly large ones like those--to family members require nominal interest rates to be paid on them or they are considered "gifts." That means there should be some indication of what the original terms and amount loaned were through, if nothing else, bank records.
That is Joke should have bank records to show he loaned his brother money. You don't loan someone $200,000 in cash from a drawer in your desk...
If there are no bank records of such a transaction, it is virtually certain that the money wasn't a "loan repayment" but rather just a payment. That makes it taxable. Did Joke and his brother pay taxes on that money? Given the origination location of the money, if there is no proof of a loan then it's a combination of money laundering and quid pro quo to Joe Biden. That makes it two major felonies.
Well let me help you out with some details!
Despite the Oversight Committee receiving the exact bank record showing that President Biden made a $200,000 interest-free loan to his brother James Biden, Chairman Comer has repeatedly omitted that fact, falsely suggesting President Biden is ‘$200,000 better off today because of his family’s influence peddling scheme. For example, on Friday, October 20, Chairman Comer released a check dated March 1, 2018, in the amount of $200,000 from James Biden to his brother marked ‘loan repayment.’ The bank records provided to the Committee clearly showed that President Biden had wired $200,000 to his brother on January 12, 2018—less than two months earlier. Despite clear evidence that this transaction was a short-term, interest-free loan between brothers, which occurred while President Biden was also a private citizen, Chairman Comer misleadingly told Fox News, ‘I don’t believe’ that ‘Joe Biden did give his brother a loan,’ and falsely asserted to Fox Business, ‘there is no document that shows there was a loan,’ among other misrepresentations.”
NOW, a review of bank records did not show any documentation that wire transfers of $40,000 and $200,000 from Joe Biden to James Biden were loans. Perhaps there is no official documentation indicating that they were loans. However, images show James or Sara Biden writing checks to Joe Biden several weeks after those wire transfers in those exact same amounts, and with “loan repayment” listed in the memo lines. That’s consistent with the White House’s claim that these were short-term, no-interest loans.
So, Comer has seen the original wire transfers to Joe's brother, and is now lying saying that he has not seen any proof that they were loans.
Here is the evidence- Joe Biden wire-tranferred his brother $200,000 and $40,000 according to bank records, and then two months later Joe's brother wrote Joe and his wife a $200,000 and $40,000 checks to repay the loans- according to bank records!
DUH! END OF STORY!
Next case please!
Got any links to any of that?
I'm inclined to believe Joe Biden and his various family members are the liars here since they keep changing their story and trying to stonewall any and all attempts to obtain evidence in this case.

Nothing, it is a conversation about a different topic. Try to keep up.
White House won’t release evidence that Biden family payments were for loans
White House officials will not provide evidence to support President Joe Biden's claim that a pair of large payments he received from his brother represented paybacks for loans, according to a letter from the White House to the House Oversight Committee.
The request for documents to explain $240,000 in checks from James Biden to his brother "concerns a financial transaction between two family members at a time when both individuals were private citizens," White House special counsel Richard Sauber wrote in the letter obtained by the Washington Examiner.
Sauber refused to answer questions from House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) about whether Joe Biden had any documents to back up his explanation for the two checks he received, one totaling $40,000 and the other $200,000, from his brother in 2017 and 2018, respectively.
The checks had been labeled as loan repayments.
In his letter on Friday to Comer, Sauber cited a claim from Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) that suggested the Oversight Committee already has records to prove the payments were loan repayments.
However, a person familiar with the committee's work said lawmakers have no such records.
"Contrary to the White House's and Ranking Member Raskin's claims, nothing within the Oversight Committee's possession clearly shows that Joe Biden did indeed loan his brother large sums of money," the person told the Washington Examiner. "The White House and Democrats have peddled a false narrative instead of providing the loan documents."
Comer has said the payments raise concerns regardless of whether Joe Biden had lent his brother the money, as the timing of the checks would suggest the president's financial standing was directly tied to the fortunes of his family's business dealings.....
========================
Who saw this coming? If it was a legit loan it would comply with IRS rules. It did not. The White House could easily clear this up....if Joe had really loaned his brother money....IF he did.
