I disagree, there are plenty of jobs that require medical disclosure, if a canidate is coy about his medical records, it makes me suspishous and less likely to vote for him.

If I tried to hold back some medical records in a personal injury case and merely said the client would consent to an exam, the oc would laugh and the judge would hold my client and me in contempt.

I dont care if he had the clap or not. I care if he is suspecptable to dying or being in a dibilitating condition in the next four years.

None that require reports on the past. Even those that require medical disclosure require only a current physical report. That report would be based on the past as well as the current, but the reality is, they don't care about your broken leg in 2nd grade. In trials the doctor gets to see the past report, but privacy concerns ensure that the jury would only see what is pertinent to the trial, not every piece of their past.

Your argument failed, you know it did, and now you try this?

I don't give a darn about his skin cancer, but on how poorly his brain works.

We had a pres whose legs did not work very well, but he did pretty good.
Of course Ronnie just got Altzheimers after he left office though.

Now you need your mental acuity checked. Please re-read my previous post and tell me what part dealt with his mental acuity... Then come back and admit you really need a halfzheimer's checkup.

I'll give you a hint. It is the sentence in which "mental acuity" is mentioned. Even better, I bolded the important part that you might think would be pertinent to "mental acuity".
