Who do they round up for the deportation?

The first thing a sensible person does is stop the flow of illegals into the country so we don't continue to allow people in that we will have to get rid of later. When you change a faucet you shut the water off first.

Once that's accomplished there are thousands of places to go. Farms, factories, restaurants, hotels, motels, or any place stuck-up elitist leftists don't want to work. Have people produce their documents. When people are arrested have them show proof of residency. There is no one action that will solve the problem overnight. You idiots have been allowing this for 4 years. We can start somewhere and continue to improve the search
So people who work in Farms, factories, restaurants, hotels, motels, or any place stuck-up elitist leftists don't want to work are assumed illegal until they prove themselves Americans?

Yawn. In this case it would be. If you cannot readily prove (which would be quite fucking simple) that you are a U.S. citizen....out you go. Supposed lawyer.
So anybody in this country who cannot prove they are a citizen should be deported? Illegal till you prove yourself innocent?

What industries do illegals work in ass wipe? You fucking idiots sedm to know we need them for some jobs but now you have no fucking clue? You're a rip shit of biden proportions

They work in all industries, just about. But nobody in America is presumed illegal until proven innocent.

I know about two that are lawyers.

All people here illegally should be removed. Period. You determine if they are here legally by whether or not they have documentation showing a legal entrance and presence into the country.

I don’t have documentation showing a legal entrance and presence in the country! Am I illegal?

Do you?

5th Amendment

Amdt5.6.2.2 Exclusion of Aliens Seeking Entry into the United States

Fifth Amendment:

According to the Supreme Court, aliens seeking initial entry into the United States have no constitutional rights regarding their applications for admission

The Court has reasoned that the government has the inherent, sovereign authority to admit or exclude aliens, and that aliens standing outside of the geographic boundaries of the United States have no vested right to be admitted into the country.

Thus, in its 1953 decision in Shaughnessy v. United States ex rel. Mezei, the Court held that the government could deny entry to an alien without a hearing, notwithstanding the alien’s temporary harborage on Ellis Island pending the government’s attempts to remove him from the United States
