Our military is desperately trying to get up to speed on modern drone warfare but testing in highly populated areas requires an explanation, and not telling us anything is negligence at best.

I wonder if these drones are equipped with some sort of new experimental weapon they are testing on the population.
We know the government is capable of such.

That this is a part of the physiological warfare program is at least as likely.....remember that we are being flooded with chatter about UFO's....which might be psyops war.

Doubtful. Many of the sightings, like UFO reports, are common manned aircraft or legal drone flights.
 
I am reminded that during COVID the Regime did near constant polling to see what they could get away with....it occurs to me that maybe this same thing is being done here....that this is the Regime doing research on the population response.

Would certainly explain why we are not being told.

Maybe. But what I see is the gov't ignoring the intel and ignoring the threat. Just like with the spy balloon, the border, airline security before 9/11 (we were warned), Pelosi & Biden ignoring Covid, and even J6.

9/11 was a coordinated aerial attack. And the gov't is unconcerned about these coordinated drones??? While we have had drone incursions over sensitive areas before, this one began 2 weeks after Trump won. Is it coincidence?

So many questions, all I know is the drone swarms are a threat, and the gov't is not doing anything about it.

I'm probably in the minority, but I oppose Drone Delivery Service like Amazon's. I don't want drone use over our air space to be normalized. Unfortunately, it provides camouflage for rogue actors.
