Now that I watched it again, white dude started selling out and then just stood there for a punch that was telegraphed in Morse code. Guess he doesn't know Morse code!
Am I wrong, or did it take the guy 3 seconds to punch him (after committing to it)?

He's also arrogant and dumb enough to be a little "loose" with the company money. Sure, if he's sole owner, the money is his, but mixing business expenses and playing rich guy buying drinks for his militia friends is not a good idea where the IRS is concerned.
There's also the factor of mixing his business with a terrorist organization. Even if he doesn't face criminal prosecution**, he could lose his business due to fines and sanctions.

I've been there. ( in same situation) The hotel security failure is an issue..that wasn't there for me....no security was around at all.
They were on scene and should have done better. Somebody is getting some room compage or an outright cash settlement.
