Trump "won with a majority of Electoral College votes" because the GOP prevented thousands of legitimate voters from voting.Well we also had an election in 2016 that Trump won with a majority of Electoral College votes by campaigning on building a wall. Every President has a right to have his agenda funded by the Congress. If you don't like it vote him out of office, that's how it's supposed to work.
