Why do people still believe in Jesus and Christianity?

Jesus thought the moral law of Torah was eternal, but through deed and action he showed that the ritual law and theocratic law of Torah was temporary and replaced by a new covenant: Jesus basically ignored the Mosaic ritual laws of purity and Sabbath.
Agreed, which makes sense since Jesus was Jewish. Not a Torah scholar, but if my understanding is that the Old Testament is drawn from the Torah and, like much of the Bible, there is room for differences in interpretation.

FWIW, Fredo is a virulent antisemite.

there's nothing anti-semitic about knowing what Christianity says.

You're right. Even the Sadducces, Pharrises, and Essenes couldn't agree on the practice of Torah law.

The deeds of Jesus and the teachings of Paul made it a basic tenet of Christianity that God's moral law in the Torah is eternal, but the ritual, dietary, and theocratic Mosaic laws of Torah were temporary and only applied to the theocracy of the Israel.

but Jesus cleared it all up saying that "DO UNTO OTHERS SHALL BE THE WHOLE OF THE LAW".

Stop screaming in large font.

I have already written about this:

for whoever loves others has fulfilled the law. The commandments, “You shall not commit adultery,” “You shall not murder,” “You shall not steal,” “You shall not covet,” and whatever other command there may be, are summed up in this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.” Love does no harm to a neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law. (Romans 13:8-10)

Obeying Jesus' commandments themselves act to fulfill the Jewish moral laws in Torah. Period, full stop. Of course, you still need Exodus in the Christian bible as reference material.
