Your post shows you aren't competent to instruct on The Constitution. States have certain powers separate from the federal government but they are not "sovereign", and Jarod's comment you say is incorrect is, in fact, correct.

The number of jobs NOT in food service was over 250,000 new jobs. 250,000 is even more than what was expected in the jobs report.

All States are sovereign. The States own the Constitution, which is what gives the federal government any power at all, and even is what allows it to exist. It is the States that created the Constitution, it is only the States that can change it, and the States can choose to destroy it, and thus dissolve the federal government.

Jarod (and you) are WRONG.

In this case Into the Night accuses me of making up the numbers that the BLS released on Friday. The exact same numbers that ptif219 claimed only showed low wage jobs in food service. Clearly Into the Night is an idiot who is unable to discuss government released numbers so he resorts to calling everything a fallacy.
