Why doesn't Tara Reade sue Biden for rape like Jean Carroll is suing trump?

Trump is being sued in the super-blue city of NY that hates conservatives and that's why the accuser Carroll may win there despite a total lack of evidence. It really illustrates how rotten to the core our legal system is. Facts mean nothing today. All that matters is getting a judge and jury with the same politics you have.

Trump allegedly raped Carroll in a state that has a one year grace period to sue past abusers.
Biden allegedly touched Tara Reade in a location that doesn't allow for lawsuits 20 years after the fact.
It has nothing to do with red/blue. It's about legal standing.
Even if Biden had touched Reade in NY, the time frame under which she could sue has expired.

Biden penetrated Reade with his fingers . That by definition is RAPE not just "touching".

Rape: unlawful sexual intercourse or any other sexual penetration of the vagina, anus, or mouth of another person, with or without force, by a sex organ, other body part, or foreign object, without the consent of the person subjected to such penetration.


NEW YORK Under the new law, the statute of limitations for reporting second-degree rape increases to 20 years and third-degree rape increases to 10 years. Previously, both were five years.

Carroll ALLEGES Trump raped her in the nineties it is past the criminal statute of limitations.

Apparently, you missed where the New York Times and several other media sources reviewed her employment records.

“The Times reviewed an official copy of her employment history from the Senate that she provided showing she was hired in December 1992 and paid by Mr. Biden’s office until August 1993.”

For most civil lawsuits in DC, the statute of limitations is 3 years but it is different for sexual abuse.

Technically, it's Fox News, the Murdochs just own it. In any case, I did a bit more research, which suggests that Reade may well be lying concerning Biden:
