Trump's loan wasn't made based on Trump's attestation. James loan was based on her attestation.
 
Do you still think Letitia James will be arrested? Would she have to send the cops out to arrest herself? How does that work?

I doubt it. If she is indicted, she'll remain out on her own recognizance. Since the charges would be federal, a US marshal will deliver the warrant, not NY state police.

I'm going to make this pretty simple.

If you were correct, I'd agree with you. Go back and read my last post, which explains the utter nonsense of this "Lawfare" case against James.
 
The screed by our resident Nazi Dog and subsequent blathering by his fellow sheet wearers leaves out one little detail .... the ball has been in Attorney General Pam Bondi's court since April of this year. If anyone has a question as to the fate of James, contact her office.
