Why homosexuality should be banned

You asked me a question about why I want to see the laws concerning marriage changed.

I answered that question in three lines, not just one. Marriage is an expression of that love and committment.

not only does pmp use the same racist logic used by those wanting to not allow interracial marriage....he is actually claiming all marriages are normal...

britney spears 1 day marraige, married by elvis or whoever in vegas, getting married saying satanic vows and....50% of marriages end in divorce....real fucking normal people

Why are you so afraid of change. The definitions of a myriad of things have changed as the world grows. And asking the state to recognize a marriage between two men is not going to change your world in the slightest other than you are going to feel like you lost some battle in the kulturkampf just like those that supported Jim Crow did and those that opposed a woman's right to vote and every other change in rights that has occured.

so much of this post is a lie...i've created threads debunking the myth that conservatives fought against abolishing slavery and against women's rights....they were actually the ones who fought for it....

i would have expected you to have more sense on this matter

The effect on straight marriages is all in your mind. There is no reason your marriage should be any different.

Conservatives or republicans. They have not always been synonymous. So much so that when the Dem party of the north started to support issues like deseg and civil rights conservatives like Strom Thurmond left the party.

permitting women to vote was a positive change, permitting blacks to vote was a positive change.....killing unborn children was a negative change.....gay marriage is a negative change......why do you promote negative change?......simply because it's change?.......
