Also, this gambit of her erasing her online profile is likely to blow up on her. Rest assured that people are looking right now and when they find derogatory posts of hers going back 8 years. She is sunk

She also claimed that she used her cell phone to call a friend and tell her about it. This was in 1982. The first handheld cell phone was sold in 83 for around 4000 dollars. Kav graduated in 84. Something just doesn't add up.

If you "don’t believe Fords story" do you support complying with her request for an FBI investigation that would expose her?

If you do not support the investigation she's requested, on what basis would you oppose it?

I support Kavanaugh suing her for libel, slander, and defamation of character.

Sue her and all her future earnings from talk shows, books, or anything else that her lies will generate money from.

But if she's not, and there's significant reason to believe she's not, then the presumption of your hypothetical would be that he'd take her to court, and lose. And that would be an $expensive self-inflicted defeat for Kav.

He's spared that, if the FBI completes an investigation.

Perhaps worse for your law suit, that court result would seem to disqualify him for SCOTUS. It's judicial professional suicide. Kav's career would then be all but over.
