Why I'm always right, v.3.31 (Edwards)

It's a plain fact that Edwards polls better among independents than Hillary.

Not to mention that with Hillary, the Dems are back to the "northern/west coast" strategy. She keeps the South in the red.
 
I liked Edwards in 04. I swear I would have voted for him over Bush. Kerry is my senator in this state. I couldn't bring myself to vote for him tho i would have had i know how much worse bush had gotten.

Now I'm a leftwing limousine liberal. I can't think of the last time I was in a limousine. Probably my dad's funeral.
 
I actually think Hillary is going to win it all, which is an extreme bummer.

I search & search for silver linings, and the best I can come up w/ is that I'll be able to pop back here after the '10 mid-terms & give Tops a little "I told you so" about what she'd do to the Democratic party.

Kinda lame...
 
Wouldn't it just be nice to have a GOOD person in the white house? Not just another criminal that is followed by scandals.

I'll take any dem, Edwards or Gore would certainly change things more than hillary.
But, REALITY is what it is. Business and money are behind Hillary.
Obama has a tough mountain to climb to beat her, Edwards can't even see the mountain

Most Americans know little if their own history and most don't know that on June 1, 1921 the US Government BOMBED the Greenwood section of Tulsa, Oklahoma, known as the Black Wall Street because of the prosperous and booming business district. The night's carnage left some 3,000 African Americans dead, and over 600 successful businesses lost. Among these were 21 churches, 21 restaurants, 30 grocery stores and two movie theaters, plus a hospital, a bank, a post office, libraries, schools, law offices, a half-dozen private airplanes and even a bus system.

They don't teach this to American children and the adukts don't want to know.

There is little question that much of that same tension exists in Oklahoma today. Even JC Watts recognized that he would not win state-wide election in Oklahoma.

However, the racism in Oklahoma doesn't just extend to blacks because American-Indians and hispanics aren't represented in Oklahoma politics either.

Obama not doing well in Oklahoma is no surprise.
