HE'S NOT! According to Democrats even if he doesn't make it to the highest court they're gonna impeach his ass right off of the second highest court and charge him in Maryland with attempted rape. The circus goes on!

I'm not much on either party, but yeah, he should not be a judge anywhere, and if he was on a job anywhere else like the rest of us, he would be going into therapy if he wanted to keep his job.
