The VA does not decide liver transplants. Division of Transplantation of the HHS decides who gets organs. I am sure that he was "willing" to try, but there are a limited number of livers. Why should a healthier person die, so he can "try"?

Won't happen. Liberal countries have much higher living standards. They pay more taxes, but they get better services. Just look at the immigrants who come to America. Nearly all of them are coming from countries more (not less) conservative than America.
I believe the point is that someone decided and that decision resulted in my boss dying. I dont disagree with you on this case BTW. I was simply explaining that Palin was absolutely correct about death panels.
When businesses are given the opportunity to leave the high taxed "countries" and they do, who will pay the needed taxes to support those unwilling to produce who are left behind? You know the fleas. When the dog leaves what happens to the fleas?

And yet this just doesn't happen. There is no mass exodus of businesses leaving the Nordic countries. Americans have been hearing for literally a century that if we keep raising taxes, businesses will move to other countries, and it still hasn't happened.
It makes sense if you think about it. Why would a company move to a poorer country with less purchasing power? Sure, they'd save money on taxes, but the people wouldn't be able to afford their products, so they'd end up losing money. That's why you don't see European countries moving to America in huge numbers.
Wow your head is in the sand. Why did Obama have to say that manufacturing in America is gone and no magic wand will bring it back? Businesses left already and in droves. Trump has been fighting to get them back with good success. In country they are relocating from high tax high regulation states to less tax and reg states. Simply amazing that you don't know this yet have formed an opinion and actually argue that opinion.
I wont speak about nordic countries as I have little knowledge about them. I would normally assume that you are right but given your lack of knowledge in our country I have to wonder.

Outsourcing is going to happen no matter how low our taxes are because nothing will ever be cheaper than having our products made in a third world sweatshop. What I'm saying is that business-owners won't be moving themselves or their businesses out of the country if we raise their taxes. And we know this because they've been threatening to do this for over a century. And if you're still not convinced that outsourcing is unrelated to taxes, keep in mind that Trump lowered taxes but outsourcing has increased since he became president.

Palin claimed that government death panels was part of Obamacare, which is lies on several levels. First and foremost, Obamacare privatized health coverage.
Outsourcing is seperate from businesses and most importantly manufacturing leaving this country. They absolutely left in droves partly because of high taxes partly because of increased regulation.
Answer the question......why did Obama say that manufacturing was gone and no magic wand could bring it back? Was he lying about it being gone?

And yet when the taxes got lower and the regulations were loosened, they continued leaving. As I said before, outsourcing has increased under Trump.
I don't know if he was lying. Maybe he really believed that. He does seem to be somewhat right, since manufacturing jobs have been coming back in very small numbers.
