The problem is there are E.O. That the auto pen signed that had the force of law that Biden claimed he had no knowledge of signing. The stopping of LNG plants for example. Biden told Speaker Johnson that he did not stop the LNG plants. We need to find out why the auto pen says he did. If people were using the auto pen illegally they need to go to jail. Right?

Why doesn't your big daddy just make a new EO. He has now decided that he can't get any of his legislation passed through legit means so he just does everything by EO.

I would want people that illegally used Biden's position to go to jail don't you? I gave you an example where Biden claimed to have no knowledge of signing the stopping of LNG plants. That hurt 10,000s of people in Louisiana and Texas. It put them out of work and it hurt Ukraine and Europe and helped Russia. It was counter to Biden's previous position. BTW The Federal court restarted the LNG exports approval. people that abused the auto pen privilege should go to jail if it was done behind Biden's back. I'm bitching about Biden's aides not so much about Biden.

Right, so I asked what is being 'done now'. Is it admitting Biden's issues? Is it acknowledging that the people around Biden lied to the media? Is it the media acknowledging they were lied to? Is it acknowledging that the media was lying to Americans?
