So if I understand you correctly the tourist visiting from Europe forced his murderer to live in the housing project and gave him inadequate education and work therefore he had it coming to him. Can you explain to me how this tourist forced his murderer to live in the housing project ? I'd go so far as to say this tourist never gave his murderer any education or work . He must've really deserved it.

if you think that the conglomeration of tyrants we have in federal elected offices is capitalism, you're too stupid to be in this debate. There is a reason why licenses, fees, inspections, and insurance is required for any business start ups and it's to prevent competition for those bastards we elected. If you ever visit New Orleans there's a really beautiful old historic neighborhood you should visit that just north of the French Quarter. You'll find it delightful.
