Genetics affects intelligence and other ways people think. Look at what happened to South Africa when White Supremacy was replaced with Black Supremacy. Look at the difference between Europeans who segregated races in North America, and Europeans who failed to do so in South America.

We're taking about culture. Take an African child born to parents in Africa with a third world culture adopted by American parents, regardless of color, who abide by American culture and the kid will grow up as an American.
