Why would Trump do this?

Line speed increases under the 1st Trump administration were not implemented- Regardless, the avian flu breakout in 2022 had nothing to do with those policies president Trump attempted to put in place in 2016.

A former HHS official said Wednesday that it’s not unusual for incoming administrations to pause agency communications for review. But typically, officials working on the president’s transition team have the process for issuing documents running smoothly by inauguration day.

“The executive branch is a hierarchy,” said Steven Grossman, who now consults for food and drug companies, in an email. “Whether stated publicly or not, every new administration wants important commitments and positions to wait until new teams are in place and some semblance of hierarchy restored.”

A pause is reasonable as a changing executive branch takes steps to become coordinated, said Dr. Ali Khan, a former CDC outbreak investigator who is now dean of the University of Nebraska’s public health college.

Why was the prices a problem under Biden but not now? interesting 🤔
My guess is MAGAt hypocrisy and lies. Sad. Not as sad as those poor suckers families who believed Trump would help them with their grocery bills, but still sad.
Then deal with your Biden inflation-induced high egg prices until they come down. :dunno:
Eggs are nice, but when they cost too much, that's out.
Bacon. Trump even acknowledged that.
Things are going to be better in America from here on out.
A lot of startups in real things that people need.
The grocery stuff? I give it a month or 2 to see drastic changes for the betterment of Americans.
Translation: FUCK YOU! TRUMP SAYS A LOT OF SHIT HE CAN'T DO.

Awesome, Matt. Got it!

FACTS matter to the intelligent- to trolls, not so much🤔 Trump’s policies over the next several months will be a positive for runaway inflation- back to eggs:

Why is there a shortage of eggs in 2024?

The highly contagious avian influenza has wreaked havoc on the egg market. In November and December alone, 17.2 million egg-laying hens died as a result of the virus. That's nearly half of all birds killed by the virus in 2024, according to the USDA. And it will take months to replace those flocks.Jan 14, 2025

Volatile egg prices have been a part of the grocery shopping experience partly because of inflation, but also because of an avian influenza, or bird flu, that made its way to the United States in 2022.
Agreed the problem wasn't Biden, but the avian flu virus which means, like Donnie lying about raping 15 year olds on Pedo Island, he lied about both the cost of eggs and his ability to reduce their cost in order to be elected.

The avian flu is why egg prices have soared the past two months! But the fact that they were already up four dollars a dozen prior, is due to inflation, which was created/exasperated by Biden’s policies

Are you saying avian flu has only been a problem since November?

What policies? Why would Biden do that? Wouldn't that be political suicide?

Which policies? Does that question from you suggest you don’t think Biden‘s policies have caused inflation? For example, butter is up 27%, chicken 26%, white bread 30%. Fill up your tank lately? All you have to do is see the price at the pump – 40% increase. Energy costs, 25% increase. I was pretty clear in saying that the avian flu outbreak that’s caused more than 1 million laying birds to die or be destroyed in Dec/Jan is the cause for soaring prices on eggs. But that inflation had already increased. The cost of eggs exponentially prior to the avian flu outbreak, and those inflationary cost are tied to any number of Biden policies and leftist policies in this country. Didn't COVID cause global supply shortages and resulting inflation? Are you saying Biden caused both COVID and the Avian Bird flu, Crafty?

Covid, and then America’s ongoing response to Covid certainly exasperated inflation. Supply channels recovered by 2022- But Covid policies, and Biden era idiocy such as DEI had created a very disjointed America
21.9 million nonfarm employment jobs were lost. The number of working business owners plummeted from 15.0 million in February 2020 to 11.7 million in April 2020 because of COVID‐19 mandates and health‐ and economic‐driven demand shifts. The loss of 3.3 million active business owners (or 22%) was the largest drop in history.
