I actually do not mind answering that, I believe Paul at Jones and I believe Monica Lewinsky. I don’t believe Kathleen Willey because she recanted her story every time she was under oath. I don’t believe Juanita Broderick for the same reason. There are several other women who I don’t know much about, they been brought out of the woodwork by Republicans a lot and I have not studied their stories.

I'm the wrong person to ask because I don't think Trump or Moore should be in office. And the acceptance of candidate Clinton's behavior back in '92 was a harbinger of what's happening today. Partisans accept certain behavior for short term gains at long term costs. (I include myself in that statement)

Who accepted it? It was pretty much a given. Poor Hillary was publicly humiliated. Bill was impeached. He was investigated by the right for 4 years. He survived because of the .com economic boom.

Good point. Cawacko's "harbinger" argument overlooks a big fat 16 year period wherein there is no hint of sexual scandal at the Potus.
Say what you want about Bush Jr, but I think he is a faithful husband, as far as that goes. Same for Obama. No evidence to say otherwise anyway.
Only Clinton and Trump can't seem to control their demons in that category.

He was still a two term President. Ultimate consequences would have been not winning the Presidency in '92. I mean if you really want to talk about punishing this behavior.
He got impeached for Monica which is very different than the pre-election charges. If he didn't win his party's nomination or the Presidency in '92 because of the allegations and charges what are the chances Trump would be here today? Not high.
I'm speaking from a big picture here, not partisan one.
