Clinton had the charges prior to being elected in '92 just like Trump did. (I'm not talking affairs. That's different assuming it was consensual. I'm talking harassment and rape charges like what Clinton, Trump and Moore have/had. JFK was a womanizer but I've not heard any rape allegations against him. Nor LBJ.)
