The line was breached though. Once it's been breached it generally doesn't go away. Doesn't matter that it was 20 years prior.

The allocations and charges before 1992 were very minor compared to what happened after his reelection. I doubt he would’ve been reelected had to Monica Lewinsky scandal come out during his first term.

Clinton didn't normalize this shit, quite the contrary. It was normalized with JFK and every madman style potus prior.
It's exactly what didn't happen, and why it's not being tolerated now. It wasn't forgiven for Bill, at least the Monica deal.
The other allegations played out in civil court or criminal. It will play out the same here with Moore and Trump if anything is there.
What has been normalized is the intense scrutiny sexual peccadillos (sp?) receive.

It's not like pot. Pot has been normalized. You can admit weed and succeed! Not rape.
