I can not find a single poll that shows Biden at 37%. I can't find an aggregate of polls that ever puts him less than 41%.

Those polls are not valid... thats how it works. Polls are worthless unless they are negative for Democrats.

viability was always arbitrary.........and any law which is applied arbitrarily is by legal definition, unconstitutional.......you know that as well as I do if you did in fact go to law school.......

Its not arbitrary, its the point when a fetus "could" survive out of the woumb, its the point when its no longer dependent.... AKA a full fledged human.

Do you even understand what "arbitrary" is? Just choosing 15 weeks is ARBITRARY!

You think States should decide the rules for Federal Employees?

actually, I think that federal employees should be covered by the laws of the state where they live, yes.......certainly if the Mississippi law stands the federal government shall have no authority to permit them to get an abortion in Mississippi........so yes, Florida for example should have final say in whether a postal worker in Tampa needs to be vaxxed......the federal government has no right to invalidate state laws which do not violate the constitution......

So, a State should be free to tell an employer how to operate its business in all circumstances? You would love DeSantis.

of course it is........and eventually the law will provide that abortion is always wrong........but this is incremental, remember?......by the way, how many new borns have you seen that are no longer dependent?......

actually they always have been and I do love DeSantis.........he's done a much better job of telling businesses how to operate than Cuomo or Newsome or my own Gretch the Wretch.....

So you are not a small state Republican or a believer in Capitalism?

Will the death of R v W kill the Republicans chances?

That depends how many Third World Banana Republiqan voters there are who approve of mediaeval legislation.

They could possibly be babies. They are not. they are a collection of cells. God wipes out a huge number of them.
They're developing, unborn children...
Yes, some are miscarried....when that happens it is the loss of a child....you're welcome to ask anyone who has experienced one or more how difficult it is....
