Will Trump take credit for Biden’s accomplishments?

Those statistics include everyone who was called back to their jobs after all manufacturing
was shut down because of the Chinese Disease. They were already employed., not jobs created.
Right, so when your Messiah starts claiming unemployment under him is the “lowest in history,” that any job he said he created was “the best ever” we can say those jobs were already there cause Biden bought them back after Covid

And it cost the US tax payers a lot of money to bail out the US farmers, and that was ONLY farmers , wait till he puts tariffs on just about EVERYTHING we buy.
He wants a blanket tariff on all imports of at least 20 /30 % and is talking more on stuff from China , and we buy a lot of things that go into the stuff we make here from China and it will drive up the cost of those products too.
What if he returns the tarriff $$ to the farmers?
The exporting Countries do NOT pay the tariffs they just increase the price of their goods to cover it and the US CONSUMER pays it.
Isn't that what happens when the corporate tax rate is increased?
And a lot of well known economists are saying it will not only drive up the cost of about EVERYTHING but could also cause a lot of people to lose their jobs and start a deep recession / Depression.
We will have to wait and see what Trump does and how it goes.
I hope it doesn't happen but if it does hold on to your ass.
Good decision, calm down.

“When he enters office in January, Trump will inherit an economy primed for growth”

“The unemployment rate is low, inflation is easing and President Joe Biden’s administration has teed-up a ready-made list of infrastructure projects that could go from theoretical to reality over the next several years. There’s the TSMC computer chip plant in Arizona, the new Hyundai electric vehicle factory in Georgia and a modernized I-375 in Michigan, among thousands of projects under way that will take years to complete.”

“All of that means it could be Trump, rather than Biden, who gets to tell Americans that he built the country back better”

“Trump to take credit for Biden’s accomplishments, just like the Republicans in Congress who’ve celebrated plant openings and infrastructure developments in their districts but voted against them.”

If there is one thing the right is not it is honest, Trump will most assuredly take full credit, claiming he is “making America better,” and the entire right wing media will praise him for it hiding the real facts

Next four years are going to be one laugh after another, let’s just hope come real crisis doesn’t come along because as we saw with Covid, the clown show can’t handle it
You can't have it both ways.

Do you understand what a tariff is? The exporting country does not pay the tariff, the imported does, and then passes the cost on to the consumer. What the hell are you talking about with returning money and corporate tax rates?

(Time for more copy and pasted GIFs and memes)

So maybe we go back to the days when you had to save up for a color tv because it was made in America and not with slave labor.

Elon is right, there are going to be some hard times. The ends justify the means.

We have sold our soul for cheap consumer goods and I understand it's going to be a shock when we have to pay enough for things so our neighbors have jobs.

Not sure if the fat lazy younger generation will ever understand the difference between wants and needs.

So if the numbers are bogus now do you think when Trump takes credit for them post 1/20/25 they are going to be legitimate?
It starts at what it's at when he takes office. If it's 8% (just a figure, don't get excited!) at the end of Biden's last day,
that's where it starts for Trump and it fluctuates from there.

Explain to me how raising tariffs on China is any different to increasing taxes on corporations.

One increases the cost of things made in China. The other increases the cost of things made in the US. Would you rather thing be made with Chinese labor or with American labor?
We do not have the infrastructure to compete with China and third-world countries. We bulldozed our factories and many companies moved abroad to build mostly to China. Tariff China, they will move elsewhere.
If we tariff China, the American makers will raise prices and increase profits. Profits will not drop. It is still, "all the traffic will bear".
Corporate profits are at all-time highs. That is because during Covid, they jacked them up and instead of lowering them when the lockdowns ended, they kept the price structures. They are rolling in dough now.

Many of the American made consumer electronics business went out of business, or the few survivors went in a different direction..

You work to survive, or you work harder to enjoy it.

Fuck off loser .....

Real men are in charge now!

"A tariff is a tax imposed on imported goods, which raises the price of those goods for consumers in the importing country. This makes imported products more expensive, encouraging consumers to buy domestically produced goods instead, thereby protecting local industries and generating revenue for the government."

They are a tool used for negotiation.

And then more Americans will be put to work. (That is good) If you increase taxes on American corporations for products they make in America (Like the Dems want)it makes the American product less competitive on the world market..(That is bad) Don't forget that we taught the Chinese how to make they things that they are now selling to us... We can build more factories. Trump is going to reduce the tax burden on products made in the USA and increase tariffs on things made outside the USA.

For this to happen, Biden would need to have accomplishments.

Puppets just move when their strings are pulled.

Amazing when they just jump in uninformed

He didn't return it to the farmers the US taxpayer bailed them out because of his fuck up.
And YES any time a cost goes up Corporations pass it on to the consumer.
And the Countries that are having tariffs put on their goods will too.
and YOU MAGA cries about inflation under Biden just think what a 20, 30 % or MORE increase in price of things you buy will make you cry.

Trump not talking “negotiating,” he promised new tariffs, in some cases, up to 20% across the board, which ultimately is paid by consumers, your Walmart shop is about to get a whole lot more expensive
