Exactly. Just like police searching your car on a whim or the details of the House investigation on Gaetz.
They sure could, and when my wife got the papers, we would sort it out. That would be an expensive prank.
It would also be illegal, fraud. Not on the part of the attorney, unless she knew about it, but for the client to cause it, likely a felony.

You are NO ONE I have to lie to, bunky. You should try to talk to people from other parts of the country or your state or city or suburb. You might be surprised as to how people do things and how some things almost become tradition in a lifetime.
A ten minute walk doesn't constitute carrying your wallet, you simpleton! Kids, teenagers and adults do it all the time .... especially if a friend lives just 2 or 3 blocks over.

It's a not a question of "feeling" you willfully ignorant MAGA mook. It's a matter of FACT, a matter of HISTORY, a matter CURRENT EVENTS.
YOU HAVE NO CLUE as to what "the rest of the country is about". Hell, you immediately dismissed what I said as "lying" because YOU DON'T EXPERIENCE SUCH.
That's the difference between you MAGA mooks and the rest of us. The rational, average person with a GED and life experience LISTENS AND OBSERVES outside their own situation. I went to community college, got a partial scholarship to a 4 year university. There I met people from other parts of the state, other parts of the WORLD. You keep your mouth shut, your ears open and you learn things.
So pay attention, genius: if the Orange Oaf and his peanut gallery of christo-fascist really intend to implement their agendas (although no true plan has been metered out), then ANYONE who "looks suspicious" can be hassled for ID at any given time .... where walking their dogs, going to the local stores or even in the park.
Case in point: in NYC under Giuliani, the standard police procedure of "stop and frisk" was severely abused. Instead of using the tactic in search of people who fit an APB for a criminal description, it was used just to hassle anyone who fit a generalized idea of what a criminal should look like. In some cases, people were "stopped and frisked" a few times while walking within a 5 block radius (New Yorkers walk everywhere, by the way).
Here's a kicker for you: You MAGA mooks for years all wailed about the "nanny state" and "deep state" infringing on your Constitutional rights by telling you what to do or asking questions of a personal nature. But you all STFU when your orange god & company repealed Roe vs. Wade, and now you have red states literally letting when nearly bleed to death (or in some cases bleed to death) or become severely damaged because doctors are afraid to lose their licenses if they enact a necessary abortion. Hell, some states want to have an "abortion Stasi" that tracks women who leave the state to have an abortion, and then arrest her and all who helped her.
So don't be an insipidly stubborn MAGA jackass and bray the SOS when reality is staring you in the face. And if admitting you're wrong on such an anonymous format as this is too much for you, then I won't waste any more time with you.
