I know. Pittsburgh is much smaller than NYC but we also have mentally ill people riding public transit and nobody's ever gotten killed for acting out.

So if he had called 911 how would they have responded in a metal tube in a tunnel. Neely threatened to kill people. Neely set into motion the event.

Many videos of people being restrained on flights...when one dies in the process are we going to charge everybody with manslaughter?

Yeah when you need the police in seconds the police are only minutes away. Neely broke a 67 year old woman's nose and gave her a concussion I bet she wishes someone would have stopped Neely from assaulting her.
