I expect people to know their limitations and if she doesn't then she shouldn't make stupid decisions. If her and her kids die, that's her fault, not the governments. it's also not the governments responsibility to rescue her for her mistakes.

rightys might do that, just like leftys. you are correct in that. But I remember after last years hurricane in south texas, a bunch of us independent minded individuals grabbed our trucks, trailers, and boats and we went out where government wouldn't and rescued people and animals that you leftys and rightys abandoned in your desperate plights of ignorance to survive. i'm comfortable with people doing good where government won't.
