Woodward's revelations raise disturbing questions about Trump

Washington (CNN)Bob Woodward's charges that top national security staff find themselves compelled to protect the world from President Donald Trump should, in any normal time, precipitate an almost unprecedented national emergency.

The revelations, in the veteran reporter's new book, are so stark and shocking because they flesh out a narrative that the President's critics have long advanced -- that he is simply not fit, by intellect, temperament and knowledge, to be the most powerful man in the world.
For any other President, such charges would trigger a national debate, action from within the administration to address the national crisis and perhaps hearings on Capitol Hill, even compered by the President's Republican allies. Certainly, any conventional commander in chief would be pitched into an immediate political crisis and might see his approval ratings splinter

Woodward's revelations raise disturbing questions about Trump

Woodward has made no "revelations". More fictional fake news from anonymous sources, and disgruntled former Trump associates.

Given the general failure of capitalism to benefit the working majority AND the repression of a coherent criticism of the system, the prospects for democracy are pretty slim, I think. Instead of an informed class, we have a mob with no higher notion that to spite the more successful, and no better embodiment than the ignorant buffoon.

He's the perfect president for our times. We don't care about national security any more. The only thing that needs protecting is Trump, and the GOP's jobs.

Hello floridafan,

Well it is clear he is not fit to be in a monogamous marriage...

It's no surprise that the Trump White House would be run like one of Trump's businesses. Anyone paying attention to Trump during the 2016 campaign knew this is what it would be. Anyone who thought Trump would soften once he became President is (was) a fucking idiot.

hey shit stain - people are on record saying the quotes attributed to them are lies.

why give money to a book of lies?

are you hi from the smell of shit stained underwear or what?

Which people exactly have said the quotes attributed to the are lies? YOU are the only one lying, no one else has accused Woodward of that.

These revelations are not new. There have been many around Trump who said the same things. like Tillerson. Trump spends his time golfing. watching Fox and tweeting. Only a president who is not doing the job has that kind of time. Most presidents work long hours and are very active in the administration. Trump tweets his mornings away and golfs the rest. Trump proved how ill prepared he was in the debates. Yet those who were ill prepared to vote found that convincing. Lots of reports about insiders calling Trump a fucking idiot. Woodward has tapes. Trump claimed he did not know about the book. So woodward let out a tape of him and Trump discussing it. We have a liar here folks and it isn't Woodward.

They raise nothing to anyone with a bran. They are fabrications and based on specious sources.
