Rain starts out in a cloud at 100% humidity, but falls to ground level where it is often well below 100%. In fact, sometimes rain will evaporate on the way down, which would be impossible if it were 100% humidity.

Anyway, if it is 100% humidity and 110ºF, people will be dying. The only reason people can live in Phoenix at 110ºF is that it has very low humidity.

No. It rains in Phoenix and you even get fog in Phoenix.
 
If I use a thermometer will I now be taking my "heat index"? There is a character on TV named "Temperature"--do we call him "heat index."

I don't think most of the media got the memo about the ban--I just did a search and found 44 million hits.

It does not rain much... And when it does rain, it usually is not 110ºF.

They even have a thing where it rains, but the rain evaporates, so it does not land on them.

But if you are in a fog at 110ºF, you are in real trouble.

No one can off the top of their head definitively define the heliocentric theory, but as based upon scientific consensus, as with man made climate change, most accept it as fact.
