I have never brought up Fetterman's stroke. Ive never said his stroke had anything to do with my thoughts on his (or lack of) responsible representation of my state.

As for intelligence (and I reiterate, I didn't vote for Oz in the primary), there's no doubt that Fetterman is not even in the same galaxy as Oz. That is a fact.
