Partially true because trump, although he was aware of the hush money scheme, instructed Cohen to "go work out the details with Alan <Weaselbird>, now in prison for his crimes and refusing to flip on trump. We have Rudy G. on Fox News describing the scheme to "funnel the reimbursement to Cohen though his firm". We have Hope Hicks' testimony declaring that Cohen would not have "donated" $130k to trump. We have the document with Weaselbird's handwriting documenting the repayment to Cohen.

Common sense shows Trump’s guilt.

The only way to believe Trump is not guilty would be to believe out of the kindness of his heart Trump gave Cohen that money.

You’d have to be an idiot to believe Trump didn’t reimburse Cohen in a scheme to avoid the truth from coming out.

The very fact that Trump refuses to testify should be all the evidence one needs. Trump could put the whole question to rest by getting up on the stand, under oath giving his story. The jury will be instructed to ignore the fact he didn't testify, but it's not something the jury can unsee. It's looking pretty good for the prosecution.
