Merchan will declare a mistrial to avoid the impact an outright acquittal would have on the narrative. With a mistrial, the little Goebbels of the DNC propaganda corpse can continue the campaign of slander and libel unimpeded by Americans pointing to the acquittal. All it takes is a single Juror to have basic integrity and the lynching fails. Merchan will not take that chance. He'll milk this as long as he can - all the way through closing arguments, but he dare not let it go to deliberations.
The PURPOSE of this lynching is to imprison Donald Trump and keep him from campaigning, as well defaming and smearing him as Merchan did with the psychic prostitute that he suborned perjury from. You know, the one who had already changed her story 3 times?

You can say what you like, yet Bragg failed to demonstrate Black Letter law even as he "rested" his supposed prosecution.
Not only did the Biden team of Merchan and Bragg fail to prove any crime, they failed to even define the crimes. At best they meandered to FEC rules that if violated would be at the federal level, outside the jurisdiction of a district court in a city, and would be a misdemeanor - and would be long past the statute of limitations.
But then this was NEVER a process of law - it is a lynching and the attack by the Biden Regime on free and fair elections.

Yet Bragg hung his case on a Chronic Liar and a Ho that will do anything for money and owes Trump 500,000. Both have said they want Trump in jail.
