Nope. Now explain why you think "a special grand jury just to get a charge" is an issue.
I think you did, or you're still blowing badges, because if you can't see that the police clearing police of criminal conduct, despite civilian eyewitness testimony contradicting the police findings, isn't an issue then you have a serious issue.

An active-duty Marine died Wednesday in his basement from what deputies believe was a self-inflicted gunshot wound following a domestic incident.

According to sheriff’s logs and a statement issued by Pulaski County Sheriff J.B. King, deputies received an emergency call Tuesday night shortly before 11 p.m. from the Marine’s wife, who was at a neighbor’s home and said she had fled her house on the 24000 grid of Tigger Lane.

Deputies determined that the wife had no apparent injuries, but she told them that their child was still inside the home with her husband who “had gun in hand when she left the home.”

Fire crews spent Monday morning battling a house fire and during the process discovered a man in the backyard with a gunshot wound.

According to American Fork Battalion Chief Doug Bateman, the fire was reported at about 9:30 a.m. near Jenks Avenue by neighbors who saw smoke coming from the roof of a home.

Crews responded quickly to the fire and had it extinguished within minutes.

During the firefighters' attack, they discovered a 65-year-old man in the backyard, American Fork police Sgt. Darren Falslev said.

The man appeared to have a gunshot wound.

Bateman said fire personnel immediately began performing first aid on the man.

He was breathing lightly, Bateman explained, and eventually was transported to a nearby hospital.
