A 36-year-old man was shot to death outside a bar in South Philadelphia's Grays Ferry neighborhood late Monday night, and cops said the homicide was captured on surveillance video.

A spokesperson for the Bexar County Sheriff's Office (BCSO) said one of its own shot and killed a teenager in self defense.
According to BCSO spokesperson Louis Antu, Sergeant Frank Bellino came across a man walking down the street acting suspicious. That’s when the sergeant stopped to check things out but, things quickly got out of control.
“He pulled over, started speaking to the individual, the individual became violent, he felt the need to open fire and shot the individual multiple times,” explained Antu.
The 19-year-old man was rushed to University Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Police responding to reports of a shooting early this morning found a man suffering from a gunshot wound in the driver’s seat of a white Pontiac in southeast Kansas City.
He died at the scene shortly after police found him.

Joshua P. Dalton was in a blue pickup truck at the time of the incident, and was reportedly stopped behind a Pembroke Elementary school bus that was unloading children.
Two students returned to the bus and informed the driver that Dalton had pulled a gun out and was aiming it at the bus.
The bus driver brought the children back to the school and alerted the authorities.
A man driving a van with Washington state license plates shot and wounded a female Canadian border guard Tuesday, then died of what police believe was a self-inflicted gunshot wound, a Canadian police official said.
