Holder failed to appear to the summons by the House oversight committee. No matter how hard you lie - that will remain the fact.

The only difference is that Holder is a party member and not subject to laws.

You can look it up, fucktard. Holder testified to the Fast and Furious issue. Provided lots of documents. Some excluded under Executive Privilege. The rest of his case was finalized through the courts.

No one denied that he testified on many occasions, as has Bannon. Holder defied a subpoena - but was determined to be above the law by merit that he is a party member - unlike Bannon.

We have different laws depending on party affiliation. Banana republics work like that.

Banion and others were convicted for scamming the public with a fundraising scheme to "build the wall." Banion was the only one pardoned. Why was he more equal than the others?
