In fact, Pence and Biden misplaced classified documents. They were sitting around for years collecting dust. When they found them, they returned them immediately. That is absolutely nothing like what Trump did. Trump deliberately stole a truckload, refused to return them, hid them, and lied to the FBI about them. He also disseminated the secret information on some of them. They are not the same. If you cannot understand the differences, then you should not post about it.

Trump may take the republiclown nomination as the party has been over run with idiots like the guys in this thread.

Trump won't get near the WH again and Biden will pummel him with even a greater vote win. It again will not be close as this time you will have far more women, on top of the independents who refuse to vote for him.

Yup.

Trump did not get a single charge over the documents he returned prior to them going in with the subpoena and doing the search.

Just like with Pence and Biden we saw the exact same consistent treatment afforded to Trump. Return stuff when asked = no charges.

Trump was only charged with the obstruction and theft of stuff he lied about and kept and forced them to come take it back after it was clear he was never going to admit to having them, and thus would keep them.

That is the chargeable difference and the same consistency would apply to Pence and Biden only if they did that part too.

Then they should go to jail if you think Trump should be in Jail
