They shouldn't be given driver's licenses, shouldn't be able to enter into a legal contract, shouldn't be able to buy land or real estate, open a bank account, wire money out of the country, and shouldn't be able to legally get a job. Most would self-deport if that were the case. If they were here and couldn't buy a car, rent an apartment, wire money back to their home country, get any sort of ID, and couldn't get a job, there's no reason for them to stay. What many blue states run by un-Democratics are doing is creating an attractive nuisance. They are for all intents aiding and abetting criminal activity.
