If an employer tries to force its employees to adhere to gender preferences, as we have just seen demonstrated in the OP, they are opening themselves up to a lawsuit based on freedom of speech and expression.
Why should an employer be allowed to force employee A to engage in behavior that is contrary to their beliefs solely for the benefit of employee B?
Sounds like discrimination to me.
Make it voluntary and the problem goes away.
