Agreed. So was Kyle. However, at the time they killed people, was it because they were racists or not? "Not" in both cases.
For Kyle it was self-defense. Why he was there was irrelevant.
For the car murderer, he was trying to escape. Running over people wasn't racial, must murderous panic trying to get away. No different, IMO, than a panicky drowning victim who tries to stand on top of his/her rescuer.
FWIW, the best thing the car murderer can do is hang himself in his cell. His life is over so save himself and everyone else the pain. Again, not racial, just practical.
