Whatever we decide, after the amount of time we spent on this one, it certainly isn't anything like that.
 
Clarification of Personal Info Rule / Part 4

If the Mods are going to close a thread, then could they at least refrain from re-opening it, making a comment, and then re-closing it; before the person being responded to, can respond?

It is possible that the person making this post didn't know the thread was closed and that the Mods can post on closed threads...

I have no idea.
If that is the case, then maybe it would be a good idea to make it so they know.

Just a suggestion; because this has occured on numerous threads and has involved other Mods.
