FBI finds no evidence that Trump and his allies were involved with Jan 6 Capitol Riot

The house investigation will show that Trump organized the insurrection. It is no coincidence that it was at the same time the joint house was certifying the electoral college vote. It was also not serendipitous that it was held down the street from the capitol bldg. this thing was planned online and in the dark by Trump and he will not get away with it.

Apparently, the guards didn’t perceive them to be a threat?

Many of them weren’t since they were charged with ‘parading’ in the Capitol.

As Trump said in the speech and what he told Pence, the point was to stop the electoral vote certification. He delayed it until late at night.
