Why the timeframe? Why the charging parameter? Name the code sections you say won't occur. Do you know how long it took for the FBI to get RICO charges
against the NY Mafia?

Yeah, it was a coincidence that Trump had a rally on 1-6 down the street from the capital at the same time the joint congress was certifying the electoral vote. Do you believe that? Trump scheduled speakers who were rousing up the Trumpys to do violence. When he spoke he told them to go to the capitol and he would go with them.
Trump is as guilty as a person can get.
