For you idiots, the alleged crimes!

I wouldn't call the instructions "illegal" but rather disingenuous. They are designed to try to force a particular conclusion rather than give the jury a clear understanding of the elements of the crime to weigh the evidence against.
That's what makes them illegal. The judge has literally tainted the jury. That's against the law.

America is already great. Next

I think a lot of Americans would disagree with you. Of course, if you think trying to lock up your political opponents over frivolous legal theories, high gas prices, skyrocketing grocery prices, throwing taxpayer money at Ukraine and having a senile dotard as President is great, then yes, it must be awesome for low IQ halfwits like you. :palm:

What affair?

Hush money is not necessarily about any 'affair'.
It is also legal to pay hush money.
It is falsifying of business records to pay hush money as a business expense. It is also tax fraud. The IRS is willing to just take the money, but the intent is attached by that, so the misdemeanor falsifying business records becomes a felony.

What are you claiming he did wrong?
He violated Article I, $7, 8, and 9 of the Constitution of the State of New York, and the 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th Amendments of the Constitution of the United States, he tainted the jury, rendering their verdict useless, and is attempting to convict with no specification of crime.

Really? Will they continue after these Democrats make it unlivable?
NYC is far from unlivable, but more importantly, you do not have to live there to invest there.

NYC is the investment capital of the world, because it has a well developed legal system.

Don't do the crime and you won't do the time.

Paying him for what? The records show that he performed a legal service for the business to get the money, but no one could come up with any other explanation other than to pay Cohen back for covering up trump's affair with Daniels.

There you go with the lies again. There was no affair to cover up. Daniels was grifting a billionaire and Cohen took it upon himself to take out a second mortgage and do the NDA himself. Trump could have told him to pound sand. But instead, he authorized payment on Cohen's invoices even grossing them up for tax purposes and Cohen repaid them back by stealing $60K which he admitted to under oath in this courtroom.

The only liars and grifters are Cohen, Bragg and Merchan.

Still trolling and removing any doubt what an empty-headed fool you are. Old adage: its better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to open one's mouth and remove all doubt.
Another self own. Why would anyone take your advice when you don't do so yourself? LMAO

Apparently, you know nothing about the law. Paying NDA money is not illegal and done all the time by people and businesses. It isn't "hush" money. That's a dumb leftist meme. Listing it as a LEGAL expense is not illegal. Grossing it up for tax purposes is not illegal and done all the time.

When you gross someone's pay up, the IRS is getting their money from that individual. Apparently, you know nothing about how the IRS or tax system works either.
