This happens a lot. People get framed here all the time. It's always the rwingers who do it to the libs. It ain't very nice.

Bourbon responded with the post you quoted earlier. He made no claims as to Volsrock's predispositions re. child abuse. He addressed the statistics, and link that was offered to disprove Bourbon's claim about 'crackers' being the demographic with predisposition to sexual abuse of children.


Was Bourbon given a warning in another discussion? Because that post didn't meet the spirit of 12b violations.

If anything Volsrock should have been banned for presenting false facts about Black men.

Obviously you did and all of the Mods agreed.

You see before a ban is dealt out there must be consensus among the Mods.

They don’t act unilaterally with bannings.

12b is a No Go Zone. Reread it

The argument on the table is that you are a repeat offender. Given the fact that this is supposedly about legal issues, your comment could not, in any way, be construed as a personal claim about pedophilia.

Well...you know how that goes. We aren't forced to post here, and I'm sure you'll be reminded of that. According to the judge and jury, the suggestion is that you just don't wade in those waters. I think there's a ton of daylight between what's not allowed for obvious reasons, and what you posted.

But I'm not a mod.
